Each of their building components is printed in a 3D printer. They are different, because every part of the building is printed by 3D printing printer. According to Yingchuang Building Technique Co.,Ltd, The 3D printed villa will be "customized" from now on. As long as the rural residents have a homestead, they can immediately "print" the villa for them. The city's residents have to wait for the company to work with real estate companies.

The reporter came to the scene of the Suzhou industrial park, and explored an 80 square meter 3D printing model villa. According to president Ma, their 3D printed walls are five times the strength of ordinary cement and are hollow, which can be added with insulation. The house can be insulated automatically without air-conditioning. The reporter has seen that although the wall of 3D printing is relatively light, inside wall uses the support structure of the triangle in order to strengthen the firmness of the wall.

After entering the door, you can see a fine courtyard. The corner of the courtyard also left a 2 square meter of "self-preservation", master can grow melon, fruit and vegetable. On either side of the courtyard are two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Because it is a courtyard design, sunlight can be seen in any corner of the house.

Enter into the house, president Ma said: “ Except for the printing of the house, most of the furniture is also printed.” The floor and inside wall are all printed, without painting.

Kitchen appliances, tables, chairs, beds are also printed. President Ma said: In addition to the aluminum windows, all are printed by our company.

How villa is printed?

President Ma presented his super “ printer” to the reporter. The “printer” is 6.6 meter high, 10 meter wide and 32 meter long. The floor area has a large basketball court and a height of three stories. The width of the printed material can only be 1.2 meters, but the length can be infinite. According to computer design drawings and plans, the computer controls a huge nozzle to spray "ink". The sprinkler head is like a cream mounted, the ink is in "Z" line, layer by layer, quickly built a high wall. After that, the wall and the wall can also be built like building blocks, reusing reinforced concrete for secondary "printing" perfusion, into a whole. Ten 200 square meters of buildings can be printed within 24 hours. According to president Ma, any component in the house can be printed according to the drawing and then assembled.

What is the printed "ink" made of?

The printing ink raw materials are mainly construction waste, industrial waste and mine tailings. Other materials are mainly cement and steel, as well as special adjuvants. President Ma said that raw materials solve two major problems. First is to turn the water into the building materials; Second is to guarantee the hardness and strength of the materials.

What is the best thing about printing a house?

Construction costs can be reduced by 50%, and homes can be customized. President Ma said that the 80 square metre villa, from printed material to "assembled" into a house, takes only about a week, which saves 30% to 60% of construction materials, 50% to 70% of the construction period, 50% to 80% of labor saving, and saves at least  50% construction cost. Its shockproof effect and insulation effect will be enhanced. Taken together, 3D printed homes cost half as much as a typical home. He said the villa is now selling for RMB400,000.

Are 3D printed villas safe?

According to president Ma, all the building indexes of the villa strictly implement the national standards. Unfortunately, at present, there is no standard for 3D printing buildings in the country, so 3D printing houses can only refer to the standard of ordinary buildings.
