3D printing architecture standard to be approved —— 3D printing architecture standard charrette successfully held

On Dec.9, 3D printing architecture standard charrette successfully held in Yingchuang Suzhou factory and Zhongheng design Group. The revolutionary 3D printing building standards will soon be in the works. The technology is the world's first and the country's first local standard, and will be the first international standard in the future.

Led by Sun Xiaowen, director of Jiangsu construction technology development center and station agent of Jiangsu construction engineer, 12 experts visited Yingchuang Suzhou factory and understood the various cases and application of 3D printing architecture. Afterwards, Zhongheng design group held seminar. The experts, in combination with their own professional fields, discussed the problems and solutions that formed the 3D printing building standard. 

Sun Xiaowen said that 3D printing architecture is a technology revolution. Under the leadership of the government, an organization will be set up in the province, which will focus on the local area of Suzhou. Organize various professional experts to study the 3D printing architecture; form the atmosphere of "politics, production, learning and research"; give full play to the strength of the experts, professional institutions and policies, and standardize the printing materials, technological process, technical route, construction method, acceptance specifications of 3D printing buildings. At the same time, we should promote the development of industrialization and socialization, and establish an industrial alliance of 3D printing architecture, and create a sustainable development road through demonstrate project support and mode innovation. Let 3D printing technology benefit our environment and enhance the efficiency of the construction industry.
